“The nutritional breakdown of certain foods is off. For instance, Multigrain Cheerios contains 100% of most B vitamins but they show up as zero in the nutritional breakdown in the app. Also, 2tbsp ground flax doesnt show any Omega 3s in the app. Disappointing, as this info is very useful to me.”

“Using web version for years and always missed having a good android app. This improved app is surely a wow with useful features like add + button, barcode and intuitive recent list. Just improve the search – it does not search keywords within ‘my meals’ and ‘recent’ items on app do not sync with ‘frequently used’ on Web version. “I try this and when first enter info Weight watchers is listed with other type diets. Once I get into site, WW no where to be found. Plus only places I get are Sonic & McDonalds. Sonic we have, as well as, other fast food places but no McDonalds within 30 miles. I put name/location of restaurants but nothing shows up. I tried to contact site to ask questions get “No such address” msg. So can only assume this is not good site.”

You may have all these applications, but without proper diet AND exercise along with a strong conviction of losing weight, you may never achieve that weight goal of yours. However, people have always lost weight even before these apps were invented, they can make it easier to keep a record and track our progress.
