Victorian singer/songwriter Jacob Fitgerald joins me in the studio to talk about life working as a musician and his experience recording his debut album Whole & Broken

He plays two acoustic songs, showing off his powerful vocals and songwriting ability. He gives us insight into how his creative process works and discusses the role of social media in his music career.

Sam Berry is a student journalist at Deakin university. He has written for online journalism publications covering music and sports. He is interested in a wide range of journalism, with a particular interest in radio and podcasting. He currently works at a factory in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne making acoustic guitars, as well as repairing electric basses and guitars. He has recorded and performed music live for nearly 10 years, giving him insight into the production of audio and video, as well as experience performing a range of musical roles, including guitar, bass, piano and vocals. Sam also loves reading and consuming all media types, with a particular fondness for anything in the comedy genre.
