Buddha’s Day comes back to warm up Melbourne autumn

Buddha’s Day 2019 highlights its role in promoting the diversity of multiculturalism and faiths in Melbourne.

The festival is presented by Fo Guang Shan Melbourne and Buddha’s Lights International Association of Victoria. It encourages people of all ages, backgrounds and religions to celebrate the birth of Buddha and explore a multi-faith society.

This year, the event includes 40 activities contributing to the arts, music, dance and a vegetarian food fair along the Yarra River.
